Hi. I saw a daschund-like dog at the area between MidValley Megamall and The Boulevard. The landscaped area in front of Maybank. It has been there for a few days, looking very scared. I do not have a car,and I live in an aptment, so I can't bring it home or send it to spca, etc. Please can anyone help?
