SPCA's key objective is to give a better life for the animals that end up at the center. I am a volunteer fosterer.

KINDNESS & A CHARITABLE HEART IS NOT FREE

SPCA is run by people who are also paid salaries like regular working people. The center has to pay the usual bills (water, electricity, food, medicine, etc) that are similiar to those expenses in a human home.

SPCA has been able to save SOME of the unwanted animals because of donations from animal lovers. WITHOUT DONATIONS THERE IS NO SPCA.

Non-pedigreed cats - RM150
Pedigree and pedigree-mix - RM200 upwards

The pet you adopt will receive :

Vaccination & Deworming (1st month)
Booster & Deworming (2nd month),
Spaying/neutering

IT IS ALL THE MORE IMPORTANT TO NEUTER THE MALES AS ONE MALE CAT CAN IMPREGNATE SEVERAL FEMALE CATS IN THE NEIGHBOURHOOD DURING JUST ONE MATING SEASON.

ONLY 65 DAYS LATER there will be several litters of kittens from different female cats. Sadly, those kittens are most likely destined to live a life of SUFFERING & be disliked by humans.

Cats and kittens that are not cute or pretty

are basically being sent to their deathbed at

SPCA because most human value cuteness

more than having compassion for the animal.

The ordinary or not-so-cute cats and dogs are the ones that are put to sleep because no one wants them.

Due to the large number of cats being dropped at SPCA everyday, those cats/kittens that are not adopted by Sunday will be put to sleep by Monday. **Read My Profile for more info **
