He's still waiting for a home. He is getting better at let people take toys of him and is less mouth expressive. It's official that he adores children and is at his best when he has someone who has plenty of time for him.

Seriously, he's like one of these dogs in movies. He is devoted, playful and so in tune with his person.

Oscar was surrendered because he is the ULTIMATE escape artist. However, he only tries to escape when he is bored. His dream home would be with someone who's home all day. He loves children and is great with other dogs.

Oscar is very clever and learns tricks and commands almost immediately. He will jump into your lap if you are sitting and positively oozes love and devotion.
