yes it is.this web is perfect and doing greatly for animals while i do my part as well by getting the pup neutered so it can have a better home with a genuine adopter. however the owner wants to put a fee for the adoption plus the neuter at my own cost.

hi, yes, he is still available. would be perfect companion for any dogs. he's a gentle boy, well balanced nature, does not pull on leash and comes when called when outdoor. he's a very very good dog guaranteed and ppl are filing fast on him.
