You are selling the ST or giving for adoption ... with the condition of the high adoption fees ... seems like you are selling the ST ... Haiz

There's a major difference between adoption and selling it. If ure going to give it for adoption, ure not supposed to ask for that much of payment. If ure planning to sell it for money and not because u cannot take care of him, kindly move this page to dogs for sale. Thanks.

Sweeney may want to post better details on the cost involved. Perhaps its to cover the medical fee of momma ST, RM250 could be covering the vaccination for the baby ST as well... Whichever it maybe, perhaps you could ask yourself for the reason of the adoption fee slot to exist.

michael has put it in a very nice way, good for you ,

most people take the word 'adoption' as getting the pup/dog for free ....

oh well...i think this is so unfair to the owner for those who is 'commenting' on the adoption fee and I sign up as a member JUST right after i saw the comments. Me understood somehow this is something not related to me and I have no right to say any words, but i just cant keep silence after seeing the post.

Yea,you may think its not so suitable for asking for money as adoption fee.Well, just go to SPCA,and you somehow still need to pay a lum sum of money, derrrr!!!!and if you guys r not attracted by these small little pupps, becox they r "shih tzu" and u thought u may get it for FREE in this free pet corner, will u still commenting on it???

to Jxxxxxe:what do u mean by spoil the website?i think the owner would rather to re-sell it to the pet shops for a better price if he/she want to do so.and so WHATS THE POINT OF PUTTING UP HERE??????

well, any of you may think i am who or whatsoever whom related to the owner. WRONG!WRONG!I am just like any of you,who is keen to help out for homeless animal.

thank you^^

SPCA charges an adoption fee which covers the animal's neutering fee, vaccination, deworming. this practise is also used by many rescuers here.
may i know what does the rm250 that sweeney828 charges include?

i was viewing this page and read through all the comments posted here.
TO THOSE THAT HAVE NEGATIF THOUGHTS AND POSTED NEGATIF STUFFS (regarding the adoption fee)

many people misunderstood that ADOPTION is FREE..no its NOT. remember, those rescuers are human as well. they spend money on them. some may give u free but some they charge a small amount of money. even SPCA charges a small amount of money for every adoption. pls bear that in mind.

have you ever notice that there are people who are putting up their pets for adoption at a much higher price?

if the owner is money minded he/she would have just sell these cute puppies to pet shops and earn way more than RM 250.

have you asked the owner why RM 250 is charged? and please read the puppies' info.
[Vaccinated: No]
[Dewormed: No]
[Spayed/Neutered: No]

maybe the money is needed for those stuffs. we never know until we asked.

so to those that have negatif thoughts on the adoption fee. please rethink what you have posted. THX.

i am an animal lover as well and i am saying my opinion. no offence to anyone.

I guess after all these discussions, everyone has got a point, so whoever is keen on the pups, kindly pay the rm 250, grab a pup and go home,
all well, ends well, shalom and end of story,

timwong is RIGHT!
If you want the pups, pay the fees and off you go!
If you're not willing to pay, let the owner do as she wishes. RM250 for 'adoption' of a ST is fair, as I'm sure the medical cost for the mother ST is gonna be high too.
And ruveena26 said it well that "adoption" doesn't necessarily mean "FREE".

Why fight over $$ when we're here for the animals?
