i found binku at ss2 pj near pasar malam under a car nt able to move bcoz his front right leg is broken, knowing he wont be able to walk n find for food i brought him back home n fixed a splint on his leg. he ate n slept for almost a day. think he has not eaten since the injury. i m nt working n cant afford his med charges so until now he is still in my house. very active running around n playing wt the 3 legs. i wish some one can advise me wat to do or if ther is any gov clinic i can take him to to get his legs fixed. or if some kind soul can adopt him n treat him. thanks
Poor cat. Wish I could take it home. I think you can send the cat to PAWS. They will provide medical service for free. They're are less strict that SPCA (they don't euthanize pets within 3 months, but rather, only if the animal is suffering). You can search on google for their location.
Services include x-ray, ultrasound, urine analysis, dental services, bone pinning and fracture repair, general treatment for cats, dogs and other pets. Neutering and multiple disciplines of surgeries are available. Boarding for cats and dogs. All surgeries are by appointment except emergency cases. Application for import/export permits of live animals are available as well.

3] Klinik Veterinar UPM Persiaran Barat Petaling Jaya
Located between the Hilton PJ and the Hotel Singgahsana (NPC) and next door to Nestle, in the compound of the Makmal Veterinar Kawasan PJ, Jabatan Perkhidmatan Haiwan. (Free parking within the compound). The clinic does not handle large surgeries. Large surgeries are done in the Veterinary Hospital in University Putra Malaysia (UPM) in Serdang and owners will need to send their pets there.
