Are you breeding dogs at home or these were strays?

They were strays dog. Their previous owner who use to be my neighbour dump them after he move away. Now temporary taking care the mother and the babies. But the babies had being stolen by some annoying neighbour.

A sticky situation, does the community at your place have a housing committee? You could highlight the situation to them but don't hope for easy outcome coz your neighbour would deny those allegation but unless you have eye witnesses that saw him/her entering your house... if so make a deal by asking where the puppies have gone and are you willing to make a police report (for force entry to your house) if he/she act tuff over this incident?
