ceskay   Oct 29th 2010 at 10:19AM Actually i have sent her to the vet to be spayed. Now the problem is i can't keep her anymore. My parents won't let me because i already have 3 mongrels at home. I hope someone will adopt her soon else i have to put her back to the streets.

ceskay   Oct 29th 2010 at 6:08PM Sigh... unfortunately up till now there are no takers. Apparently she's not adorable enough. Most ppl are not willing to take in a mongrel. Any advice on what i should do with her or any place i can send her?

CanuckinKL   Oct 29th 2010 at 8:15PM I hope a rescuer with experience can offer some better advice to you. Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better http://malaysiandogsdeservebetter.blogspot.com/ is holding an adoption drive this Sunday (Oct 31) but not sure how it works or if you could have Tiger be part of the drive. Maybe contact them? My Animal Care http://www.myanimalcare.org/ works with strays. Maybe they could provide some direction? There also the SPCA and PAWS but she could be put to sleep. Every organization just seems so overwhelmed with rehoming and funds shortages. On the positive, Tiger is still young, has been checked by a vet and spayed (thanks to you). All positives to get her into a loving home.

CanuckinKL   Nov 7th 2010 at 7:52AM Such good news!!!!!! Many people don't want a female dog because they are worried about unwanted pregnancies. But since you had her spayed all those worries were gone and you totally increased her chances for adoption. Now she is happy and off the streets and it's all thanks to you!!!!
