2. Buyer/New Home preferably have pretty Female cat(s)..he's a bit choosy on wives selections n he'd be more loyal if there's healthy tame female cat around at home.
3. New owner must be capable to take care of his medical in any health conditions especially the yearly 5in1 vaccination.Regular check ups at the vet n provide healthy n yummy cat food for him.
4. New owner must keep in touch n will let us visit him once in a while in future.
5. New owner must have patient n passion for cats.
*Basically,just treat him well n love him as he's part of your family.
