Locked outside the compound by irresponsible person and got taken away on next day... cares clarify this part?

She was taken care by our group of staffs at an institution. On 19.09.10 I visited her at the centre at about 11.30pm. Fed her then came back home.One of our marketing staff who worked until 12 midnight at the centre, locked her outside of the compound. She was aware that Fluffy has ran out of the compound to fulfill her nature's call.Yet, she didn't wait for Fluffy to come back. Fluffy was seen being around the whole night by one of the night guards there. But the next morning at 9 a.m. when one of the staff turned up early to work, she found that Fluffy is missing since then. Thta's the story all about. We all (except the one who locked her outside) hope that, someone is still taking care of Fluffy....
