Neko recently join my car park cats. He must have a home before. Can see that lion cut was done to him, and he had grown over, but still can see from his tail. I think he is mix with BSH coz he got the wide head.
He is very scared but allow me to pet since I am feeding him.
Management has put in words that they are not tolerant to strays. Due to residence complaints.
