She seem to take good care of her rescues.

Adopter must take good of it til it die from old age, including

yearly vaccination, all necessary medical care.

Netting on windows and door grills

required to keep the cat from flying out the window

or escaping from the house,

but must be able to escape in the event of fire, etc.
