Blind in the right eye. Lost in the vicinity of usj 4 on 15 June 2013. Pls help!

1. He's a spitz+mongrel mixed breed.
2. Height: abt 1.2 feet tall (small-sized dog)
3.: Colour: Cream + light-brown patches
4. Age: abt 8-years-old
5. Gender: Male
6. Identifiable characteristics: blind in the right eye since birth, hind legs weak
7. Last seen: usj 4
8. Missing since: 15 June 2013
