Is that a kitten? Is that a fish? Well, it's both because that's Ikan Bilis 🐟

This tiny kitten was rescued from a drain in between thunderstorms by one of our adopters. She spent all day trying to catch him and thankfully, he shrieked loudly enough that she finally caught him! We appreciate her determination in catching this little fish.

At 11 months old, Ikan Bilis has been neutured, vaccinated, dewormed and deflead. He gets along well with the other cats at his foster home but is a lower energy kitten. We jokingly call him grandpa because he always wants another nap.
