Requirement: 1.Have steady income or at the very least, enough money saved up to purchase monthly essentials for cats 2.Have spare time to play and give the cat daily attention.  3.possess knowledge about cat care or are eager to pick it up.  4.Can show affection to cats despite their occasional misbehaviour. 🙏🏼
