Emily, its best if you can wait til the puppies are >1 month b4 giving them up 4 adoption. They still need mother's milk. Their chance of surviving will be higher.
instant milk could never substitute for their mother's milk. We only use instant milk if no choice (could b rescue pup or kitten w/o their mother or they were rejected by their own mother)
Mummy's milk has all the nutrient and balance diet for those pups. Hence, pup on their mummy's milk will grow stronger and chance of contracting diseases is lower.
Pls consider this....The puppies will be thankful to you.

P/s: Pls spayed the mummy after all the pups are adopted and she had stop producing milk. You will never have this headache in the future.
EmilyMa /EvonChui was pushy. Last weekend i went out with my aunt for looking out for petshops. Meanwhile i copied down her phone number so that i can Sms her whether the puppies was still available. Here are the dialogs I'm with her in the phone:
Me: Hi, EvonChui /EmilyMa. I'm interested to adopt Siupak's one of the puppies is it still available?
She: Yes still available. U wan come here to see now? [Please prepare an ang pow, amount depends on u. For goodsake on the dog.]
Me: Is there any adoption fees needed? Cause i'm only a teenager so i can't give any angpow.
She: Just an old tradition only. [Usually together with a pack of sugar for good fortune.] How old are you?
Me: 13.Because now i'm with my aunt together with her.
She: Dear how u want take care the dog by yourself? Ask your parent come together if u really want it.
" My mom and dad are businessman and woman they are busying the whole week." Duhh, she continue to push again.
She: Then you need your auntie permission before bringing the dog home. [Ask you aunt bring you here and ready an ang pow.]
See? She keep asking for ang pow'' And if its vaccinated or dewormed i still can afford to pay adoption fees including medical fees that given from my mom. Duhh. ((Usually in old tradition, the young ones don't give the elder ones "Ang pows" =="
Not I've no guidance, it's because both of my parents are busy 365 1/2 days. And i'd ask their consent. Therefore, there was no people fetch me to look for a pet. So my parents ask me which pet i like then i take ,meanwhile my temporary aunt fetch me around to look for pet store on that day.
