Jazzy Joe can be adopted on a mutual understanding between the parties, with the following conditions :

1. He is given a trial period of 1 month to see if the new owner and puppy can adapt to each other.
2. Current owner to have visitation rights during the trial period..
3. For the welfare of the puppy, if for any reason the adoption doesn't work out, then Jazzy Joe is to be returned to the original owner and the money refunded to the interested party
