Timber is a sweet boy who followed us home one evening. We suspect he's an abandoned cat - he appeared in the neighbourhood out of the blue and adapted to being indoors in no time.
While waiting for his forever home with us, he developed a lesion (wound) ventral to the nasolacrimal duct opening of his left eye and was tentatively diagnosed a fistula secondary to dacrocystitis. Unfortunately the wound did not close up after a month and we had to do further, more invasive examination. To our horror, it was a fistula the developed from a bad tooth.
We decided the best thing for Timber was to proceed with the tooth extraction and hope that the fistula will resolve on its own. As the total bill was over RM800, any contribution to help with the cost is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your generous contributions and your kindness will not be forgotten!
