Susan88   Feb 20th 2023 at 12:52AM The question u asking i also dunno have to answer😅First of all did the condo u stay can keep a dog? Second for normal healthy puppy if their hungry want food or u put them on cage sure they will shout unless the puppy sick or not healthy normally the dog was quiet.. third depend on new owner how their train the dog so if wanna own pet much have patients to train and communicate with the pet

Some breeds are more prone to barking whereas some dont

Susan88   Feb 20th 2023 at 7:48PM What i can answer the puppy will shout with reason they won't shout without reason..if eat enough play enough they just eat and sleep only
