Chulo was a super smart rabbit. Since i brought him home he was never been put into a cage. i didnt even had a cage at home so he had all the freedom in the house. He toilet trained himself coz i didnt have a clue on how he was just naturally knew to go to toilet in the house...so he used the same bathroom as everyone else in the house no litter box for him somewhere. The interesting part was he knew to aim exactly at the toilet drain when he was doing his business :)...
At night we would put him in the laundry room and usually around 5.30 am he would knocked n bang making sound at the door to let us know that he wants out and when my father let him out he would ran to enter my room and if my room door still close he would make knocking sound so i had to let him enter...Then he would usually go to his favorite corner in the room and make himself comfortable and continue sleep while i was sleeping on the bed too.
Chulo did not like eating the food pellet at all i try to not gave him other food just the pellet to make him eat it but he was too stubborn he would eat like 5 pcs pellet and that's all. He prefer to be hungry than eating the pellet. Whenever i had some food on my hand he knew and would be jumping around me asking for it. He likes to eat vege and all our normal human food but for his benefit i tried not give him all the food he wants eg: chocolate, chips, noodle etc, mostly he ate carrot and the other green leafy vege...
Whenever i call his name he would directly come to me but when he was in 'me' time mood he did not like to be disturbed at all and would just sit at one corner and be quiet. He loves to be petted on the head. Most of the time while i was watching tv and chilling in living room he would sat next to me and i knew he wants to be petted and if i stop petting after some time his head looked up as if telling me to not stop petting. The most cherished memory i had of Chulo whenever i went out and came back home afterwards everytime i open the door Chulo would tilt back his head looking up at the door and warily walk backwards but as soon he saw it was me he came running eagerly towards me and i would then picked him up from the floor and cuddling him and tickled his tummy and he would licking my finger as if saying how happy he was to see me back home. Chulo also show how happy he was by make the adorable binky jump. Sometimes we would brought him to play freely at the playground and he loves it so much and would be running around back and fourth but never try to go away or escape...we would just sat at the playground while watching him explored around.
Chulo was now RIP in heaven. One day he was a happy and chubby bunny and because of some unexpected event he was sick and injured badly and died so suddenly. 04.04.2007 very sad day of my life. I prefer not to tell the terrible event bcoz it was too painful for me. I love u chulo! I miss u so much! Even after so many years has passed i still remember chulo. I would never forget my lovable bunny. Losing a dear pet can be the most sad event in your life. Especially a pet that you have a strong bond with. You could never get over it.
