Conditions to adopt
1. Agree to pay rm200 neutering fee
2. Agree to allow rescuer to visit
3. Agree to inform rescuer if moving house
4. Agree not to leash or cage longterm
5. Agree not to abuse (abuse is a criminal offence)
6. Agree to return pup to rescuer if want to give it pup for whatever reasons
7. Agree not to dump pup into the streets (dumping a dog/pup is an act of cruelty)
