Cheeky Brioche didn't get the memo that we were closed for new rescues this year. Last Friday night, when we were organising our cages for the adoption event at the weekend, our teammate heard a little voice meowing from the parking lot. Of course, she had to investigate so after a lot of walk, stop, listen, walk, stop, listen, she finally located the little rascal! The little voice was coming from underneath someone's car, inside the wheel. The residence guards were happy to help, so we left them with a packet of food, a carrier and their mission, while we went back to continue event prep. 10 minutes later, then were victorious and handed us a little orange floof inside the carrier.

Brioche is a healthy boy (barr a short bout or worms - delightful) and is enjoying running around with plenty of toys safe indoors. He will be having his first vaccination in the coming week and then can go to his forever home! We are ideally looking for a home with another cat for our little buddy, but will consider all applications.
