i really want want someone who is;

1. A genuine, caring and responsible owner who is able to provide Cloud unconditional love, care and permanent loving home.
2. Strictly must NOT keep Cloud inside cage and must allow Cloud to roam freely inside the house
3. Agrees to vaccinate Cloud regularly every year to keep them strong and healthy
4. MUST keep Cloud indoor for his safety
5. Bring Cloud for medical treatments immediately when sick or injured
