1. A genuine, caring and responsible owner who is able to provide Clara unconditional love, care and permanent loving home.
2. Strictly must NOT keep Clara inside cage and must allow her to roam freely inside the house
3. Agrees to vaccinate Clara regularly every year to keep them strong and healthy
4. MUST keep Clara indoor for her safety
5. Bring clara for medical treatments immediately when sick or injured
