louis86   May 12th 2010 at 9:59PM Dear interested adopters..please do look carefully at the description that blacky is NOT a pure german shepherd. She might just grow up not looking like one because iam also not sure wat she is mixed with. Even the mother is not completely pure. Her size wont be small and may just grow up to more than 10kgs. Please do not rush into adopting as taking care of a dog is a long term commitment. While smsing me please do not state that you will like to come take them today and etc. I will need full details even before the initial "meet up or just have a look". Please provide me with info such as is there any experince taking care of dogs,why the need to adopt one, any research done before and etc. Yes iam putting up for adoption but iam not planning on "just giving them away" and not making sure that they will go to a good and caring home that wont "just throw" them away when they get too big, too noisy or too naughty or further girlfriends say they dun like dogs or any reasons an irriponsible owner would put up. Serious adopters will not rush and will understand my point of view as they too will feel for the dog and care for it's future wellfare. Thank You!

smartieschew   May 12th 2010 at 10:35PM Agree with louis86. I noticed many ppl will want to adopt the dog(s) when they see it is the pedigree or at least a mix with a pedigree. Come on, there are many dogs put up for adoption in petfinder, but why many of them are still not adopted (most of them are mongrels). A mongrel can be a good guard dog and a good companion. I have adopted 3 dogs from other ppl, and they are not pedigree or mix with pedigree. They are just mongrels. But they are still very lovely and unique. To all potential adopters, please think twice that having a dog is a long term commitment. You must be willing to provide good food, essential medical expenses (i.e. vaccination, deworming, if possible neutering), and preferably no leashing and caging. To louis86, you will sure find a good adopter for Blacky

jesse   May 13th 2010 at 10:30AM Fully agree with Louis86 and smartieschew..I also notice that lots of ppl rush into adopting if the said dog/pup being indicated cross breed of pedigree dogs..Dogs are not our playthings ..We are on this earth to protect them.. It's our duty..so, pls pls..think twice before adopting any..
