Our basic SOP is simple.
1. Must be kept indoors 24X7
2. Have budget for her medical needs I.e. annual vaccines, deflea, deworm and other care if it arises.
3. Locals preferred
4. Cat safe house I.e. netted windows, yards, balcony and grills.
