Rudolph was left abandoned in his own home when his owner died of old age. The neighbours nearby used to feed him once a day or whenever they could. The real estate agent posted for help as she found the dog tied in the house alone. When she contacted the old man's next of kin she was told to "do whatever you want with the dog". So we went over and rescued him.
He is such a loving dog and was immediately so happy to see us and be taken out of there and just go for a walk even. Mild mannered and happy most of the time, he loves human contact.
Please open your hearts and home to him. He will be a very good companion.
Rudolph is to be allowed indoors and outdoors. He should never be tied given his history of being tied and alone, unless for short periods if safety is a concern.
