Firstly where did you obtain this dog? Gigi is no Fox Terrier... she is a mix breed. Not vaccinated, dewormed and neutered and you allow her to roam freely... you have indicated the so call uncle took matters into his own hand by hitting your dog. How would you feel when you are chase by a dog each time you pass by a area? Local enforcement (dog catchers) have their own timing... can be of any day but within certain hours, private units 24/7.

Gigi can be anywhere or as you suspected is dead. Least you could do now is to print some flyers and hand them out, get some of your family members or friends to look around your area, hope someone might have spotted her. Also go to the DBKL pound and SPCA to check if she's there. Good luck.
