1. a genuine, caring and responsible owner who is able to provide brian unconditional love, care and a permanent loving home.
2. Strictly must NOT keep brian inside cage and must allow brian to roam freely inside the house
3. Agrees to vaccinate Brian regularly every year to keep brian strong and healthy
4. Bring Brian for medical treatments immediately when sick or injured.
5. Must keep brian indoor for his safety.
