i really want someone who is;

1. a genuine, caring and responsible owner who is able to provide lily unconditional love, care and a permanent loving home.
2. Agrees to vaccinate lily regularly every year to keep her strong and healthy
3. Strictly must NOT keep Lily inside cage and must allow her to roam freely inside the house.
4. Brings Lily for medical treatments immediately when sick or injured.
