Boba was found in August last year during lockdown terrified and hungry hiding under cars from the other strays. We believe she was dumped as she was terrified of her surroundings but very docile when picked up.
She had a bad upper respiratory infection when she was picked up and also had mouth and gum ulcers which were probably made worse by the stress of being abandoned. This has however never affected her eating and she had gradually put on weight.
Boba has been lovingly fostered and has been given the time to fully recover. As a result Boba gets on well with other cats and kids.
Boba is now fully vaccinated and also tested negative for FIV/FeLV. She had not yet been spayed as first she was too unwell but in the last 5 months she has not shown any signs of heat and we suspect she has already been spayed and don’t want her to go thru the stress of surgery unnecessarily. I can upon confirmation of adoption arrange this.
If you’re looking for a bundle of energy, Boba may not be the cat for you.
If you’re looking for a lap cat or someone to snuggle with look no further. Boba is an extremely chill cat and is happy to sit next to you or on you gently purring with her head in your hands.
As Boba has been through so much we are looking for the best home for her.
This means:
- You live in a cat proof home (no open balconies or windows) where she can roam freely - no cages
- You will be her forever family and will take her with you should you leave Malaysia
- You commit to taking care of future vaccinations and any medical needs
If you're interested in adopting Boba, please send me a message on WhatsApp.
Thank you.
