CanuckinKL   May 19th 2010 at 8:35AM This dog needs to be spayed or u will be rehoming puppies many times a year. Brownie will also be healthier if you spay her. All the unwanted puppies will end up on the street if Brownie keeps giving birth and u r unable to rehome.

canucinkl : thanks...thinking of spaying her but i'm a muslim...its a sin for you to hold dogs...thats why i dunno how can i bring her to the vet to spay her n her puppy..

wanilliyana   May 19th 2010 at 3:11PM hi Fatihah, as Muslim we still can hold them if they are dry. But if they are wet u need to samak after that.. nowadays,u can get samak soap.. u can get someone help to bring them to vet.. maybe a non-muslim friends or your vet. totally agree with CanuckinKL. spay your pet will help to reduce unwanted dog and cat

CanuckinKL   May 19th 2010 at 3:29PM Both my vet and dog trainer are Muslim. They have both handled my dog. My vet says she cleanses before meals. If you're still not sure perhaps ask your chinese friend who took the puppies to help u. Otherwise u will be constantly rehoming. I just think it would make yr life easier, brownie's life would be better and healthier and you will help stop pet over population. A homeless life for a dog or cat is not a happy one.

fatihah   May 20th 2010 at 2:04PM wanilliyana : yup i can hold them..even if they are dry,i still samak myself...will find a way to spay my dogs...cant afford to have anymre puppies..both of them eat a lot.. canunkinkl : ya we can handle dogs...but i dunno how to put them inside my car since i need to samak the whoe car later..my chinese friend that have adopted my puppies has moved to w new place..will bring them to spay later..btw may i know how to register my dogs? JoeYnArbS : its not a sin for muslims...but we cant do our pray until we are clean...the process of cleaning called "samak"..u can try to search for it..

AshBoy   May 20th 2010 at 6:59PM Hi Fatiha, regarding to ur question on registering the dog...are u refering to registering under MKA or registering with the VET for a vacination card? if you are refering to vacination card registration...i guess it is the same with how you registered for your cats or any other domestic pets. and if you are refering to MKA...hahaha i dnt think Brownnie will be registerd due to being not a purebreed...just like how we call our so called persian with no cert as DLH Brownie is called as NDX)= non descriptive. and if you were refering to registering the dog for a license permit...then you should contact your local municipal council for further clarifications...as far as i know, you can get the license for RM20 at any local postoffice(maximum 2 dogs per hse) but for ppl living under Sepang teretorry...the is a hell lot of paperworks & photos to be submited prior to obtaining a license...:) kinldy let me know if i had gotten ur niat wrongly or is there some other registering you were refering to???
