Okay so far? Lets get to know Chimi.
πΈ Background: Chimi was rescued on top of a roof in an empty house where he was without food/water and exposed to the elements for 3 days. He was severely dehydrated and malnourished. He is healthy now, thankfully.
πΈ Personality: Shy, slow to warm up to strangers. Playful and affectionate towards his favourite humans. Can sometimes be clingy.
Now I'm going to tell you why Chimi is such an awesome kitty:
1. Look at him! With his sparkling green eyes (just like the chimichurri sauce) and that luxurious grey fur, he is a gorgeous little lad.
2. Once he is comfortable with you, he will be like your little shadow. He'll sit with you the entire time you binge-watch something on tv.
3. He is friendly with other cats, especially ones around his age.
4. He is:
β
οΈ neutered
β
οΈ healthy
β
οΈ annual vaccination completed
β
οΈ dewormed
β
οΈ deloused
β
οΈ litter-trained
So if you are already falling in love with this adorable furball, I'd love to hear from you. To get to know you better, please answer these questions when you send me a message through Whatsapp. The more I know you, the easier it is for me to make a decision for adoption.

1. Chimi will be neutered as soon as it is deemed safe by vet
2. Vaccinations will be up to date and vet visits are and will be mandatory.
3. Background: Chimi was rescued on top of a roof in an empty house where he was without food/water and exposed to the elements for 3 days. He was severely dehydrated and malnourished. He is healthy now, thankfully.
4. Because of his trauma, he is afraid of humans (except for a few he trusts) and loud noises. So he needs someone very patient to care for him. He is slow to warm up to people. His first reaction is to run/ hide from strangers.
This might be the only concern I feel when adopting Chimichurri as our house can be loud at times, we have noisy neighbour upstairs who would occasionally work with drills for 30mins to an hour at random times of the week. On top of that, we have a pool right below us and kids tend to play and make noise.
5. Once he trusts you though, he can be quite clingy. Be prepared to have a furry little stalker following you around the house. Awesome!
6. I am also looking for a person with experience caring for a cat, who knows how to handle a timid cat confidently. We have some experience with cat handling, as we have raised kittens, cats and other pets before.
7. Good quality food to be given to avoid long-term medical complications. This is a priority. Back then, I didn't think the quality of the food mattered and I remember finding out online that cats can develop serious health conditions like diabetes and kidney stones from poor quality food.
8. To be kept free roaming indoors. Not to be caged unless for medical/quarantine purposes. That is a given. She will not be caged.
9. Preference given to a household with an existing kitten his age (2 - 8 months old) for companionship. Unfortunately, we do not have any other pets right now.
10. To care for him for the rest of his life. Never to neglect or abandon him. A normal cat's lifespan is anywhere around 12-20 years. Yes if she is taken under our care, she will be part of the family.
