Chelsea is 7 months old female puppy. She was rescued from her abusive psycho owner. 😡
She was left outside with little shelter without food and clean water. According to the neighbors, she was only fed once a week and she gets beaten everyday.😢
Thankfully she didn't have any severe injuries.

She is so much better now, put on some weight, happily eating, playing and going for walk with the foster care. Chelsea has been dewormed
and fully vaccinated

Apparently, the foster care has to go outstation in 2 days time and I
urgently need someone to foster Chelsea temporarily.
