Socks was intended to be a TNR. However i soon discovered that she has no territory, she hide and live in a tight staircase of a low cost apartment (see the photo). Whenever she tried to go out, she got beaten up by several adult cats. Unable to find food, she was very thin until we started feeding her at the staircase. With such gentle cats, it is hard to release them, the survival rate may not be very encouraging unfortunately.
Socks will seek out your sayang & let out a "complaining" meow when you do not give her enough attention, which i find to be rather cute. She likes both human & cats. At times she will lie next to you & look at you adoringly, other times play catch with the cats. Socks loves to crawl underneath covers, either to snuggle with you or play with the cats. Appreciate scratches on her head & below the chin but not near her bumbum. Very inquisitive so will kepoh to see what you are doing, loves to follow you everywhere including the toilet. She is attention seeking but at her terms, eg does not like to be cuddled for too long as she is still at the active & playful stage. Also loves to play with the teaser wand & laser pointer. Does not ask a lot to be happy. Loves to groom herself often to keep clean. Socks has a lot of antics & certainly will be a joyful addition into your family...
She wears 4 white socks, has blue eyes & a kink tail. 7-8 months old female (Nov2021). spayed. deworm, deflea. toilet-trained. FIV/Felv negative (SNAP kit). Will be vaccinated at least once before adoption
Kindly note that adoption donation is at the discretion of adopter, this is to help future cases. Reimbursement of some of her medical expenses (as stated in her adoption form) is compulsory. I just put Rm200 since petfinder does not provide a selection for reimbursement.
