Lola is timid and shy at first and needs to be in an enclosed space in the first week atleast before she goes out to explore the remaining areas of the house when she's ready and comfortable (she is fully an indoor cat so please don't let her out because she won't survive the wilderness). When she gets to know you, she will wants pets and rubs. Her favourite activity is being brushed, she goes crazy for it. Lola is gentle and sweet, and she has never been aggressive.
Litter box: In that enclosed space, please have all her basics ready - 2 litter boxes with litter (open ones - not hooded because she's scared of those). I recommend tofu litter unscented because it's easy to use and you can flush it down the toilet.
Food: Lola mostly eats wet food (Monge and Fussie Cat) but I do have a bowl of dry food for her out at all times in case I’m not home for the night. For dry food, please do not feed her low quality, coloured kibbles. I recommend Blackwoods for Adult Cats.
CAT SCRATCHER: A basic vertical cat scratcher is enough for her.
EXTRAS: Lola has long hair so may need to be brushed (she never has knots though), and consider grooming places for her so they can professionally do it as well. Lola doesn't really play with much but likes anything with feathers and bells.
As Lola is gentle, I would recommend that she’s a solo cat or with cats that aren’t alphas or overly aggressive.
