Free Guy was found roaming freely in PJ Old Town, and seems to always seek refuge at one location. Suspect Free Guy was a recent abandonment by its owner and not from this locality but wandered to this housing area.
Residents here has asked the residents association to call in the authorities. So far they have resisted, asking resident to adopt or foster, but non are interested. The last resort will be to called in the council dog catchers. They have called animal shelters, but none are willing to take in. Free Guy seems to be healthy dog
Very friendly when he get to know you. Hope anybody can help this poor dog find a foster home.
