- Fully indoor
- Strictly no caging
- Willing to vaccinate, deworm and neuter (with proof of pet medical record card)
- Feed only cat diet (wet food and kibbles, strictly no human food)
- Willing to update Charlie's wellbeing (photos once in awhile)
- Never keep her outdoor or free roaming outside the house
