Retina (yes the eye) was a kitten found with her eyeball ruptured and bleeding after another stray cat attacked her, scratching her eyeball in the process. She was brought to the vet by a Good Samaritan who fed her at the backlane of their home. There was no hope for that eyeball to be saved, and in order to safe her life, her ruptured eyeball was removed by the vet.
Retina is a shy and reserved cat on the surface, however once she warms up to you she will never stop meowing at you for attention. She is sweet and cuddly and she loves her food! She has been vaccinated, dewormed and deflead. She will be neutered prior to adoption. Retina is suitable to be homed with another kitten her age or as a solo cat. Bear in mind that she is a special needs cat as she only has one eye for sight, so she should only be kept INDOORS, free from balcony access and rooftops.
If you are keen to adopt her, kindly fill in the google doc form below and state “RETINA” Next to your name.
