FOSTERER/ADOPTER NEEDED

Cat outside my house, abandoned by owner- This boy is very affectionate, respond to call, will just lepak minding his own business whenever inside the house. Not sure litter trained or not. The owner basically abandoned 4-5 cats when they moved. Anyone kind enough to help give this boy a warm and safe home is welcome.
Preferably those who will want to vaccine/neuter this boy
