Venetia is a gorgeous tri-colored calico who was named after the Venetian-like mask she seems to be wearing. She was rescued with multiple open wounds on her body, which we thought to be sporo and wanted to rescue her before she spread it to the rest of her colony.

Thankfully, her wounds were NOT sporo, but sustained as a result of itchy allergies. Those wounds have healed completely, but she is transitioning out of hypoallergenic food diet and starting a novel protein (lamb). This transition process may last another 3-6 months but she's doing really well so far. Venetia has been defleaed, dewormed, fully vaccinated until 2024, and spayed. She is negative for FIV/FeLV.

Venetia has an extremely loving temperament. She absolutely loves humans, and even at the vet clinic, our vet had trouble hearing her heart beat because Venetia was purring loudly. She's a confident girl who adapts well to new environments and is friendly to everyone, including strangers. She also gets along well with all our cats too. She also loves to play and will get the zoomies even by herself.

Venetia is available as a solo cat or to a home with another cat, with slow integration. She would do great with babies, toddlers, and kids too. She just loves human contact and wants to bunt everyone to say hello, I love you!
