Jack has been wandering around USJ 21 alone, he is an outdoor cat, in need of new home! We will vaccinate, neuter and groom him first before sending him to you! Please give Jack a new home

Hi! Sorry if I sound repetitive, does it mean he cannot be kept indoor seeing he is an outdoor cat? What is his temperament like with people? Is he still available for adoption?
