Hi.. a dog turned up at my doorstep... it has a rusted leash around its neck, also has a license hanging on it.. but it looks very undernourish and when we go near it shows its teeth so we fear going near. gave it food n water and its outside our gate..

I fear if the MPAJ comes they will kill it... my location is in Taman Cempaka, Ampang..
