I found Jijie roamed around my apartment last month. Jijie is a very manja to people, calm, soft meow & chill ginger cat. He enjoys head & neck rub, purring when people carry & pampered him. I believed it was dumped by somebody here. The guards are feeding him here.

Just send him to neuter. The RM150 is for the neuter & medication fees.
