Zen is a super chill, zen cat with a genuinely caring nature. He was rescued by our vet team, originally as a TNR case, but it was very clear that he wanted to stay indoors and he had every personality characteristic of a loyal companion cat.
When he was brought to the foster home, he understood what was happening to him, and just loved it. He purrs, he bunts, he loves cuddling with his foster parents, and flopping down on their feet whenever they stop for a second. He is literally the most loving cat ever and wants to be close to you, and on you.
Zen has been defleaed, dewormed, fully vaccinated until 2023, neutered, and negative for FIV/FeLV. He does however, have chronic kidney disease, which means that his kidney function has been compromised. In terms of actual day-to-day symptoms, the most obvious is that his urine volume will be higher than the usual cat. This is a condition that cannot be reversed or recover from, but definitely can be managed. And with the right diet and early intervention, CKD cats can still live many years with a high quality of life. We can advise you on how to manage this, but Zen's case is still very early. CKD is also an extremely common condition for many cats, indoors or outdoors.

We do have a short application process. We insist that all cats adopted from us be indoor cats and spayed/neutered when old enough.
