Recently noticed a cat who was always chilling under my balcony (i live in a condo). Pretty sure it was an indoor cat as it is wearing a collar but kicked off as no one has claim it.

She is always waiting at the same spot and im sure it is not hard for the owners to find her if she was lost.

Due to this condition, i believe she deserves to stay in a comfortable home with loving owners. Please give her a chance ♥️
