He is Cage trained, no problem staying in cage, can wait for "Yes" to come out from cage while door open, if he make noise, probably want to pee. But now no longer keep in cage as his sibling all grown bigger. He is chained by nylon leash, would tear or bite the leash.

Potty trained on grass, not on pad, need to reintroduce him once arrived at new home.

Understand "Sit", "Good", "Yes" basic command. Can wait for "Yes" to eat.

Concerns:
He bark at other dogs and stranger outside. You need to consider where to keep him or cover up the cage or provide necessary training.
