He was first found at Jalan Cantonment ( near Gurney) around 12/18 3pm, wandering on the middle of the road, so my friend took him to Jalan Minden (Gelugor) as he was busy. I check his body when he arrived, there is many ticks (nearly 10, and yes, we cleaned out), we thought he might be missing some days already.

He then run away to our neighbour house as our’s dog jealous and bark at him. We managed to found him by “Facebook-spca penang” and took him back at 12/19 since he isn’t lost at this area.

He is old (hair loss and eyes not clear), cute and very quiet, love to cuddle, might be a mixed chihuahua. He has surgery/injection wounds on both sides of the legs, and hairs been cut around it. The blue dog lease is from our house, there is nothing on Sausage neck previously.
