Keesato   Feb 20th 2010 at 10:58AM Hi Ai Mei, I tried e-mailing you but it failed 10 times! So I thought I'd write you here. I'm writing this e-mail to you because I am a dog lover myself and have been looking for a Miniature Schnauzer to adopt rather than to buy. Before I talk about adopting, may I know what are this dogs characteristics? Does he bark a lot when people leave the house? Does he require 24 hour attention? Has he been microchipped yet? Anyway, I used to have a Silky Terrier and she passed away at the age of 13 years. That completely broke my heart because I loved her to bits, she pretty much went wherever I went. I procrastinated about having another dog after her death in 2003, until now because my husband and I felt that it would be nice to have another addition to the family. Evidently, it all depends how this dog is. Don't worry, I will not simply adopt if I feel I am unable to provide for him. I would really love to see how this dog is if you are able to contact me at Thank you!

choongal   Feb 20th 2010 at 10:00PM @thuglord not that i want to be nosy... but a min schnauzer is fairly expensive to maintain... i know coz i own one already. @keesato Min schnauzer are extremely adorable! They do need attention, but not 24 hours lol! However, they can be quite noisy... especially if left alone for a long time, they will be destructive! 5 months is still a young puppy, he can be taught to behave, but you must be strict... they are very stubborn... scolding or beating almost NEVER work with them, so you need patience... I was planning to neuter this male if i adopted him coz i already have a female schnauzer... but i think you'd make a great owner for this baby :) good luck keesato!
