Thanks for your kind comments, the problem is I'm not going back to my own country. I was planning to go back to my country due to the COVID-19 (and I actually did all the procedures except pet microchip to prepare going back) but eventually, I chose to stay here to finish my study. My current situation is that I'm heading overseas out of my country again, but this time for work. I'm now finished with my school and I couldn't find a job here. It is a shame that I can't bring him. I have tried contact with the agent to bring him to the country where I'm going (one of the countries in Europe), but they are not allowing foreigner's pet to enter their country at the moment.

You need to check your country's status regarding pet travel. Some countries have blocked entering pets to their countries because of the COVID-19. In my country (Korea), both foreigners and citizens are allowed to bring their pets. However, European countries have banned foreigner's pets to enter their country. It is better to check with the pet relocation agent. They are the experts.
